You will be instrumental in handling accounting duties such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll while managing administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain financial transactions accurately

• Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks

• Perform payroll processing and staff assistance

• Manage filing systems and data entry using Excel

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of office experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• College degree in Accounting or Finance is an asset

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
