Staff Accountant | $70,000 – $90,000 | Kitchener (Hybrid)

You’ll be joining a well‑established CPA firm where Staff Accountants are exposed to a broad range of work across accounting, review engagements, tax, compilations, and client advisory services. Rather than being limited to one narrow area, you’ll gain experience across the full client lifecycle and develop a deeper understanding of how businesses operate.

The client base consists primarily of owner‑managed businesses, entrepreneurs, professionals, and growing private companies across a variety of industries throughout the Kitchener‑Waterloo region.

• Work directly with clients, supporting senior team members on engagements and gradually taking on greater responsibility as experience develops.
• Handle a broad spectrum of work across accounting, review engagements, tax, compilations, and client advisory services.

• $70,000 – $90,000 depending on experience

• 2–5 years of public accounting experience
• Experience preparing financial statements and supporting review engagements
• Exposure to corporate and personal tax work
