As an Inventory Auditor, you'll play a vital role in maintaining accurate vehicle inventory records. Your attention to detail ensures alignment between physical stock and internal systems, providing critical support across dealership locations. Ideal candidates will have experience in inventory management or auditing, enhancing our team's success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Audit and reconcile inventory records weekly
• Conduct on-site documentation compliance audits
• Prepare inventory recap reports for management
• Investigate discrepancies and follow up accordingly
• Monitor physical vehicle counts and system accuracy
Requirements:
• Previous automotive inventory or accounting experience
• Proficiency with PBS, Dealer track, or DMS
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Valid driver's license and availability to travel
