As a Senior Accountant at MNP, you will play a key role in the Assurance & Accounting teams. You will handle compilation, review, and tax engagements, managing multiple client files while delivering tailored financial insights. This diverse role focuses on establishing client relationships and mentoring junior team members for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compilation, review, and tax engagements with clients

• Set up files for new clients and manage multiple assignments

• Summarize financial status preparing balance sheets and reports

• Investigate and correct discrepancies in financial entries

• Prepare technical reports and client summaries outlining findings

Requirements:

• CPA designation preferred with 2-4 years relevant experience

• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and ASPE accounting principles

• Familiarity with accounting and tax software tools

• Understanding of management and practice development principles

• Passion for business development and identifying new opportunities
