SCBC is hiring an Accounting Clerk to manage the financial day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. You will be involved in maintaining full accounting records, conducting audits, and preparing monthly reports and budgets. Close collaboration with the Finance Team, including the Treasurer and Accountant, will be essential while managing interactions with ministry leaders and volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting duties and financial procedures
• Prepare monthly financial reports and annual budgets
• Conduct compliance audits and financial reviews
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
• Provide administrative support to the Finance Team
Requirements:
• Experience with full set accounting records management
• Proficient in bank reconciliations and payroll
• Strong ability to collaborate with various teams
• Detail-oriented with compliance focus
• Independent and cooperative work style
