In this role, you will support the day-to-day accounting functions of Larry Hudson Chevrolet and associated dealerships. Candidates should have a keen eye for detail and strong organizational abilities to ensure timely payment processing and vendor communication. Additionally, you will assist in administrative tasks alongside your accounting duties for overall operational support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and reconcile accounts payable invoices

• Verify invoices and approvals thoroughly

• Maintain organized financial records

• Assist with month-end procedures and reporting

• Provide backup telephone reception as needed

Requirements:

• Business Diploma in Accounting or related area

• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Proficiency in Google Sheets and Gmail

• Ability to communicate effectively in writing
