E-STORAGE Accountant

Join e-STORAGE in Kitchener, Ontario as an Accountant, with a competitive salary of $80,000 to $90,000 plus bonuses. Be essential in managing invoice reconciliation and project accounting tasks to drive financial accuracy.

As part of the Finance team, you will report to the Sr. Accounting Manager and ensure all financial processes are in compliance, from payment processing to project financial oversight.

Your role will involve collaborating with both finance and operational teams, handling employee expenses, and contributing to financial closings. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background and excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify vendor invoices including coding and approvals

• Manage project billing and monitor budgets and milestones

• Conduct monthly project reconciliations

• Support financial reporting and analysis

• Ensure compliance with SOX and assist with audits

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar

• At least three years in an accounting role

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions

• SAP experience is a plus
