In this position, you will lead impactful cost segregation studies, identifying tax depreciation strategies that maximize savings. You will partner with internal teams and provide detailed reports to clients, ensuring they understand their real estate portfolios and opportunities for tax treatment. Mentoring junior professionals and contributing to thought leadership will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee cost segregation studies from start to finish

• Identify eligible assets for favorable tax treatment

• Advise clients on accelerated depreciation strategies

• Collaborate with engineers and valuation specialists

• Support business development initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field

• At least 6 years of cost segregation experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Command of tax depreciation rules and methodologies

• Willingness to travel up to 30%
