Our client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to join their finance team, reporting directly to the Controller. You will handle full-cycle bookkeeping, including accounts payable and receivable, while supporting various accounting activities. This position prioritizes organization, attention to detail, and effective communication with both vendors and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes

• Process invoices, coding, approvals, and payment runs

• Match vendor invoices with purchase orders and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain accurate records of invoices and payments

• Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or Finance

• Over 5 years of bookkeeping experience
