We're looking for a Payroll Specialist with a minimum of two years' experience to manage payroll effectively. You should have a strong knowledge of payroll software and be highly organized. In this role, you will handle employee hours, process payments, and prepare payroll reports for management, contributing to overall payroll service improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and maintain data regarding employee hours

• Calculate payroll amounts, including bonuses and overtime

• Prepare and process employee payments timely

• Ensure accuracy of employee tax and benefits processing

• Confirm payment accuracy with senior management

Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience in payroll

• BS/BA in accounting, business, or similar study

• Excellent understanding of payroll practices in various provinces

• Experience with payroll software, particularly Avanti

• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
