Our distribution client is looking for a Bookkeeper to report to the Controller, undertaking full-cycle bookkeeping, including AP and AR tasks. The successful candidate will thrive in a detail-oriented environment and assist in resolving invoice discrepancies while maintaining excellent relationships across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of accounts payable and receivable

• Process invoices and manage payment runs

• Match vendor invoices with purchase orders

• Record and verify payments in the accounting system

• Aid in month-end closings and financial reporting

Requirements:

• Accounting or Finance diploma or degree

• 5+ years’ experience in bookkeeping

• Familiarity with ERP and accounting software

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel

• Excellent time management and communication skills
