Position: Accountant with Project Focus at e-STORAGE
e-STORAGE seeks an experienced Accountant in Kitchener, Ontario, offering $80,000 to $90,000 plus bonuses. This role centers on supporting financial processes and project-based accounting.

Reporting to the Sr. Accounting Manager, you will play a vital role in the Finance Department by verifying payments, managing project billing, and assisting with revenue recognition. Your experience in project-based environments will be crucial as you handle critical financial activities while contributing to departmental objectives. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are required to excel in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and approve vendor invoices efficiently

• Prepare and track invoices for project billing activities

• Complete monthly work-in-progress reconciliations

• Aid in financial closing and adherence to SOX

• Collaborate with teams for financial reporting

Requirements:

• Educational background in Accounting or Finance

• Three years of relevant accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and report preparation

• Clear communication abilities for presenting financial data

• Portuguese skills preferred for stakeholder interactions
