Heroux Devtek Controller Position

As the Controller, you will be a vital part of the local management team, collaborating closely with General Managers. Your responsibilities will include leading financial reporting, strategic planning, and ensuring compliance with public company reporting requirements. Your ability to multitask and work independently with various departments will enhance operational success at Heroux Devtek.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts

• Maintain accurate financial reporting and GL reconciliations

• Provide insights on operational performance through KPI analysis

• Ensure compliance with Bill 198 (52-109) financial controls

• Conduct annual audits and manage inventory processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance; must hold CPA designation

• Minimum 5 years post-designation experience, ideally in a manufacturing setting

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced skills in MS Excel and ERP software

• Proven ability to foster strong team dynamics
