Accounts Payable Accounting Specialist

Process vendor invoices and payments accurately as an Accounts Payable Specialist supporting Kingsley Management Inc.'s Finance and Accounting team. Use Excel and accounting fundamentals daily.

This Accounts Payable Specialist supports day-to-day accounting operations within a growing organization. The position involves invoice coding, payment processing, reconciliations, and organized financial records. You will work with the broader Accounting team while building practical accounting experience.

• Collect, code, and process vendor invoices with required approvals
• Create purchase orders and subcontracts using Projects team details
• Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and documentation
• Prepare cheque runs and electronic funds transfers
• Maintain organized digital records for invoices and payments

• One to two years of accounts payable experience
• Accounting, Finance, or related education, or equivalent experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and invoice processing
• Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy
