As part of our Kitchener team, the Sales Support Specialist is instrumental in ensuring that daily operations run smoothly while maintaining an inviting environment. This role is perfect for someone who can manage multiple priorities and keep everything organized, from inventory to sample requests. Strong communication skills are essential in this multi-faceted role that includes both administrative duties and hands-on logistics work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily office operations and maintenance
• Maintain stock levels for office supplies and samples
• Manage receipt and shipment processes efficiently
• Ensure a presentable showroom for customer interactions
• Support logistics for events and trade shows
Requirements:
• 2+ years of office or sales support experience
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented capabilities
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools
• Excellent communication skills
• Capable of lifting items up to 35 lbs as needed
