Be part of Notre Dame Catholic Secondary School as a Full-Time Administrative Assistant focused on student attendance processes and accurate record management. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills.
You will oversee the crucial attendance procedures while assisting students in the attendance office. Your responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing documents, and using the Aspen System for attendance reporting. Strong interpersonal skills will help you liaise effectively with parents, teachers, and administration to support student attendance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate the attendance protocol and interventions for students
• Prepare and manage essential attendance documents
• Issue and file admit slips promptly and accurately
• Generate and distribute attendance reports via Aspen
• Communicate attendance information with parents and faculty
Requirements:
• College Diploma in Business Administration (2 years)
• 1-2 years related administrative experience
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook, Aspen, and more
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to sustain confidentiality and sound judgement
