As a Receptionist at MNP, you play a critical role in our Administration team. Your responsibilities include managing calls, welcoming guests, and ensuring smooth office operations. We seek candidates with strong organizational skills and prior office experience to support both internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage reception switchboard and direct incoming calls
• Greet clients and ensure positive first impressions
• Provide courteous client service in person and over the phone
• Distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier packages
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office supplies
Requirements:
• Office experience in a professional setting preferred
• Post-secondary education in administration is an asset
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Strong organizational skills for varied tasks
• Ability to perform routine clerical duties effectively
