This Educational Support Staff Level E role is set for a work schedule of 35 hours per week over 10 months, starting August 24, 2026. You will maintain essential records, diffuse communications among staff, and ensure the smooth operation of the school office, reflecting its vision and philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain efficient office procedures
• Establish relationships with staff at other locations
• Monitor finances and prepare month-end enrollment reports
• Update and track data within the Aspen information system
• Complete tasks as delegated by the Principal
Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School Graduation Diploma
• Knowledge of Aspen and ONSIS systems preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
• Proven time management and organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
