Key Responsibilities:

• Answer main office telephone and direct visitors

• Collect and input daily attendance data

• Book and issue permits for school facilities

• Maintain office equipment such as photocopiers

• Assist with school events and administration duties

Requirements:

• One year college diploma in office administration

• Proficient in MS Office and Aspen

• Accurate keyboarding skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities in busy settings
