You will play a pivotal role in helping the CEO navigate a fast-paced environment by managing their calendar and scheduling needs. Your responsibilities will include coordinating meetings, planning travel, and ensuring all details are attended to, allowing the CEO to concentrate on strategic priorities. This role is critical in fostering a productive executive workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee calendar and meeting management for the CEO
• Coordinate logistics for meetings and customer visits
• Arrange comprehensive travel plans according to preferences
• Draft and proofread professional correspondence
• Facilitate effective communication within the executive team
Requirements:
• Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or administrative role
• Competence in Microsoft 365 applications, especially Teams and Excel
• Sharp organizational skills and detail orientation
• Ability to adapt and problem-solve proactively
• Maintain professionalism in all communications
