MNP is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our dedicated Consumer Insolvency team. You will play a vital role by performing diverse administrative tasks, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings. This position requires excellent organizational skills and a strong client service focus to effectively support our team and enhance business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform diverse administrative and clerical tasks daily
• Prepare letters, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office
• Record and distribute minutes from meetings accordingly
• Maintain and update the internal database regularly
• Coordinate calendars and schedule various meetings
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
• Post-secondary education in administration is an asset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proactive attitude towards learning and improvement
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
