This position requires a proactive Dispatch Coordinator who can manage technician schedules and maintain up-to-date job information in the Jonas software. You will assist the Service Manager and ensure timely service execution through effective planning and communication with technicians and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule service calls for HVAC and plumbing work
• Identify job durations with the Service Manager
• Ensure timely dispatch of technicians with necessary details
• Maintain accuracy of packing slips against purchase orders
• Create and update work orders in Jonas for efficient operations
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in service dispatch or coordination
• Familiarity with Jonas software is advantageous
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication
• Microsoft Office proficiency
