You will maintain records, documentation, spreadsheets and tracking systems while following up on outstanding items. The position also involves learning Procore functionality, supporting deficiency tracking, and helping train team members.

• Support Project Managers and broader project teams administratively
• Review invoices for project and entity accuracy
• Maintain project records, spreadsheets and documentation
• Track supplies, materials and project information
• Identify discrepancies and resolve administrative issues

• Two to five years administration or project coordination experience
• Exceptional organization, accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong technology skills and software learning ability
• Basic accounting knowledge covering invoices and coding
• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, Word and Outlook
