Retail Strategy Manager

We are looking for a Retail Strategy Manager in the KWC region for one of our food processing clients

• Analyze market and category data to identify trends, performance drivers, and growth opportunities.
• Use syndicated data sources such as Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, and Numerator to develop actionable insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations highlighting business performance, key insights, and recommendations.
• Identify category and brand growth opportunities across Retail and Food service channels.
• Support Sales and Brand teams with customer reviews, data-driven recommendations, and sales materials.
• Develop assortment, pricing, promotional, and planogram recommendations to improve category performance.
• Support new product launches and annual brand strategies through category and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business and growth objectives.
• Follow all company, Health and Safety, Food Safety, and GMP policies.

• 3+ years of experience in Category Management, Category Development, or Consumer Insights within CPG or a related industry.
• Experience with Circana/IRI, NielsenIQ, Numerator, or similar market research tools.
• Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian retail and food service markets.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
• University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
