This role directly aids the Manager of Finance and Operations in their day-to-day activities. You will oversee financial responsibilities and provide essential support in human resources. Your contribution will be key in managing and documenting receivables and financial data crucial for audits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and collect receivables for the organization

• Support annual audits with necessary documentation

• Maintain detailed records for events and donor designations

• Assist in payroll management and employee record keeping

• Research and implement organizational policy compliance

Requirements:

• Experience in non-profit sector is an asset

• Strong attention to detail and research capabilities

• Proficient in accounting software, preferably Sage

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Successful completion of a criminal records check
