Experienced Construction Manager for Powerlines

In this pivotal role, you will manage field operations and set performance benchmarks for your team of superintendents. Your leadership skills and industry knowledge will facilitate team collaboration and project success, while you also address client needs and develop strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Equip project teams with necessary tools and resources
• Develop and uphold quality and safety procedures
• Lead regular safety meetings to maintain safety standards
• Oversee the formulation of integrated project schedules
• Facilitate subcontractor selection and contract negotiations
Requirements:
• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in the powerline sector
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Strong grasp of construction contracts and budgets
• Ability to identify and analyze complex project issues
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities
