Operations Full Time Kitchener, ON $60,000 - $70,000 CAD per year

Eagleview Construction is growing, andwe’relooking for an Assistant Site Supervisor to support our expanding multi-residential construction division.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction leadership while staying hands‑on in the field. You’llwork directly alongside our Site Supervisors and Project Management team to help keep projects organized, moving forward, and built to a high standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting daily site operations and coordination

Assisting with scheduling trades, deliveries, and site logistics

Helping to maintain project schedules and site organization

Conduct site walkthroughs and quality checks

Support site safety and cleanliness standards

Complete daily reporting, progress tracking, and documentation

Coordinate deficiencies and trade follow‑ups

Assist with general labour, carpentry, and construction tasks as needed

Work closely with Site Supervisors, Project Managers, trades, and inspectors

What We’re Looking For

Previous residential or multi-residential construction experience

Ability to read drawings and an understanding of the OBC

Basic carpentry and framing knowledge

Strong work ethic and willingness to stay hands‑on

Organized, dependable, and solution‑oriented

Experience using Buildertrend (or other Construction Management Software)

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Willingness and ability to travel to project sites both within and outside of Waterloo Region as required

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to work in a fast‑paced construction environment
