Position: Electrical Construction Supervisor Opportunity
Explore an Electrical Construction Supervisor role with Valard Construction in Ontario focused on Battery Energy Storage System projects. Lead on-site activities and manage various construction tasks effectively.

As part of the Substations group, you will supervise construction efforts in Elora and Jarvis. Collaborating closely with the Site Supervisor, you'll guide crews, track project changes, and ensure the highest safety standards are adhered to on-site. Your extensive experience will be key in fostering a productive and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct on-site construction activities and crew management

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations

• Manage daily paperwork and field reports

• Conduct reviews of equipment and coordinate schedules

• Resolve crew conflicts and maintain morale

Requirements:

• Journeyperson electrical designation in a related field

• Minimum 5 years' construction experience

• Understanding of construction quality and safety practices

• Valid driver’s license with a clean record

• Experience in high and medium voltage work

Demonstrate your expertise in supervising construction and ensure safe project delivery for Valard's electrical systems.
