In this site-based leadership position, you will coordinate and supervise project operations, guiding teams to meet completion deadlines while staying within budget. You'll be responsible for monitoring quality standards, implementing safety protocols, and fostering strong relationships with project stakeholders. Your extensive experience will ensure projects run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Hire necessary hourly employees for project completion
• Oversee compliance with all site safety requirements
• Ensure projects are built to specifications and codes
• Review and manage the construction schedule continuously
• Process field orders and manage discrepancies in invoices
Requirements:
• Certified Journeyperson Powerline Technician
• 15+ years in powerline construction, including 5+ years as superintendent
• Familiarity with industrial and mining project environments
• Proven ability to manage budgets and costs
• Strong safety management track record and planning skills
