Location: Breslau
Become a Home Orientation Specialist at Empire Homes where you'll manage inspections for newly built homes! This role ensures compliance with the Tarion Construction Performance Guidelines and the Ontario Building Code.
You will lead essential Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs), working closely with homeowners and the construction team. Your contribution is critical in identifying deficiencies and facilitating the completion of any outstanding issues. This position supports our regions in Breslau, Caledonia, and Brantford, contributing to a seamless homeowner experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule inspections according to closing timelines
• Compile reports, including spreadsheets for management
• Maintain communication with homeowners and departments
• Organize onsite files and necessary documentation
• Address and follow up on any identified deficiencies
Requirements:
• College Degree or Diploma in related field
• 2-3 years of experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Suite
• Customer service exposure is advantageous
• Must possess a valid 'G' driver’s license
