In this dynamic role, you'll directly support the M&R Division Manager and actively participate in organizing projects. You will coordinate tradespeople, manage project schedules, and maintain precise documentation, ensuring effective project execution. Your keen attention to detail and effective communication will drive team success and efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate dispatch of tradespeople to project sites
• Provide daily support to the M&R team
• Assist in planning and maintaining project schedules
• Support tracking of deliverables and costs
• Compile O&M manuals for client submissions
Requirements:
• Technical diploma in construction engineering or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with AutoCAD and construction management software
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Adaptable to changing project demands
