Project Manager for Construction Projects

Location: Breslau

Become our Project Manager for Construction Projects, where you will lead site management initiatives and maintain strong safety protocols. Your leadership will guide teams to achieve project milestones.

In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management including planning, execution, and close-out. You'll work closely with foremen and clients to ensure timely material deliveries and compliance with safety measures. Excellent communication and organization are vital to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approve material orders and track project progress

• Conduct regular safety audits and ensure documentation is up-to-date

• Lead daily and weekly production meetings to discuss performance

• Document all project changes and communicate effectively

• Oversee crew readiness and logistical support on-site

Requirements:

• At least 5 years experience in project management

• Comprehensive knowledge of safety legislation in construction

• Ability to coordinate multiple aspects of site operations

• Strong interpersonal skills for client and team interaction

• Experience in financial tracking and project documentation
