Location: Breslau
Become a key player in construction estimation with REITZEL BROS. ENVIRONMENTAL in Breslau, ON. This full-time role requires expertise in preparing estimates and cost analyses for various projects.
REITZEL BROS. is seeking two Estimators to work on-site. Candidates should possess a college certificate or diploma and have 1-2 years of experience in construction estimation. You'll read blueprints, prepare cost estimates, manage submissions, and communicate closely with project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare labor and material cost estimates
• Read blueprints and specifications for project needs
• Conduct feasibility studies for proposed projects
• Create and submit detailed estimate reports
• Liaise with contractors and engineers on cost adjustments
Requirements:
• 1-2 years of experience in estimating
• College diploma or certificate in a relevant field
• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficient in CADD and estimation software
• Must work on-site in Breslau
