Senior Project Manager for Construction Projects

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project management efforts for new builds and renovations

• Collaborate with Store Planning and Development teams

• Monitor compliance with project metrics and safety standards

• Execute timely site visits to ensure project alignment

• Conduct procurement processes and analyze contractor bids

Requirements:

• Post-Secondary degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Project Management

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Valid driver’s license and vehicle access are required

• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office
