Drive excellence in infrastructure management as an Area Supervisor rsee maintenance and ensure compliance for critical civil projects with a focus on quality and efficiency.
As a vital member of Ferrovial's team, you'll manage maintenance crews and coordinate diverse work tasks. Your ability to analyze contracts and facilitate training will enable your team to meet contract specifications. Engage directly with external stakeholders to resolve issues and support project goals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess the condition of contract infrastructure regularly
• Coordinate subcontractors for optimal project delivery
• Supervise the selection and development of crew members
• Manage emergency responses effectively and efficiently
• Review claims and enforce compliance documentation
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; further education preferred
• At least five years of experience in construction
• Proven supervisory experience essential
• Valid driver's license with good driving history
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
