Position: Construction Manager ON

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee field operations and ensure smooth project management across multiple trades. This senior role will require you to anticipate client needs and devise strategic solutions. Your leadership will be instrumental in developing project schedules, maintaining safety standards, and building strong teams to propel projects to success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure superintendents have necessary resources for project completion

• Lead development of quality policies and operational procedures

• Promote a culture of safety across all projects

• Oversee project schedules and resource management

• Guide subcontractor selection and procurement processes

Requirements:

• 15+ years in powerline construction management

• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience

• Strong grasp of construction practices and budgeting

• Proven ability in stakeholder relationship building

• Clean driver's abstract and project experience in industrial sectors
