Cementing Operations Supervisor Position

Lead daily cementing operations with a focus on safety as a Remedial Supervisor for our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage personnel, coordinate materials, and ensure job specifications are met efficiently.

The Remedial Supervisor reports to the Station Manager and is pivotal in overseeing field operations and supporting primary cementing activities. Utilize your expertise in cementing processes, rigging procedures, and effective communication to manage crews and uphold safety standards. Your leadership will be essential in fostering strong client relationships and ensuring adherence to HSE legislation throughout daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise crews on basic remedial cementing jobs

• Execute cementing jobs per client specifications

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

• Prepare necessary reports for end-of-well activities

• Maintain operational service standards and safety compliance

Requirements:

• Class 1 or Class A CDL driver’s license

• Experience as an oil and gas cementing supervisor

• Physically capable of lifting heavy objects

• Familiarity with cementing job design

• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
