As a Finish Grader Operator, you will work under the supervision of the Base Crew Supervisor, ensuring compliance with safe operating practices. Your key responsibilities include grading, back filling, and preparing job sites for fine grading and asphalt laying. If you enjoy outdoor work and new challenges each day, this may be the perfect fit for you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a grader to level roads for proper drainage
• Drag out unnecessary material at job sites
• Backfill and prepare job sites using various equipment
• Follow all safety operating practices and procedures
• Work full-time, 5-6 days per week during the season
Requirements:
• Experience operating heavy equipment preferred
• Valid Class 5 driver's license required
• G endorsement is a plus
• Dependable work ethic
• Comfortable with outdoor work
