- Prepare pre-qualification submissions to present clients
- Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements
- Operate CADD and other computer software systems
- Utilize quantity take-off procedures
- Analyze tenders and recommend awards
- MS Office Computer and technology knowledge
- Estimating packages
- Take-off packages
- Database
- Spreadsheet
- AutoCAD
- MS Excel
- MS Word Type of experience
- Civil
- Commercial and/or industrial construction
- Industrial construction Project size estimating experience
- $1,500,001 - $4,000,000
- $4,000,001 - $8,000,000
- $8,000,001 + Transportation/travel information
- Own transportation
