Independent Painting & Drywall Contractor – Kitchener, ON
Are you an experienced Independent Painting & Drywall Contractor looking for steady work without the hassle of finding your next job?
We are seeking qualified Independent Contractors to support apartment turnover and renovation projects throughout Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding areas
.
- Interior painting and repainting
- Drywall repairs, patching, and minor installations
- Surface preparation, mudding, sanding, and touch-ups
- Apartment turnover and renovation work
- Must operate as an Independent Contractor
- Registered business with a valid GST/HST number
- Minimum $2M Commercial General Liability Insurance
- Valid WSIB Clearance Certificate
- Own vehicle, tools, and equipment
- Experience in residential painting and light drywall repairs
- Consistent, ongoing work opportunities
- Bi-weekly payments
- Pre-approved pricing schedule with clearly defined rates
- No estimating or bidding required for standard scopes
