Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience

Since 1988, it has been recognized for leadership in project excellence, safety standards, and customer-driven problem‑solving while using market‑leading techniques and systems. We are growing and seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to join our team.

The Commercial Roofing Project Manager will oversee commercial roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction. This is a 100% onsite role that requires regular client interaction, jobsite presence, and effective coordination with internal teams.

• Manage all phases of commercial roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing professional communication and timely updates
• Coordinate with field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and safety requirements
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence
• Use basic software tools such as Excel, Word, and email for daily project management tasks

• 5+ years of commercial roofing experience (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with basic computer software (Excel, Word, email)
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work 100% onsite
