Lead major construction and renovation projects as a Project Manager, overseeing planning and budgeting while ensuring timely delivery. Join a vibrant team focused on delivering results within scope and budget constraints.
The Project Manager plays a critical role in managing all project phases, from concept to completion. This position requires collaboration with Project Consultants and Site Supervisors, while handling procurement, risk management, and project site safety. You will develop project plans, oversee scheduling, and maintain communication with clients and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage major construction and renovation projects from start to finish
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and scheduling
• Develop and implement risk management plans
• Coordinate procurement with service providers and client groups
• Maintain safety and compliance on project sites
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an asset
• Proven experience in project management
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with project management software like MS Project
