As a key player at Eagleview, the Selections Coordinator expertly guides clients through the decision-making process for renovation materials. You will blend client service, design coordination, and organizational skills to help homeowners finalize selections on items such as cabinetry, countertops, and flooring. By driving clear recommendations and managing timelines, you will contribute to the successful completion of renovation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide clients in selecting materials and finishes
• Lead clients through the decision-making process
• Coordinate with suppliers and the Eagleview team
• Maintain accurate selection documentation in Buildertrend
• Communicate all finalized selections to relevant teams
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Proven ability to manage client relationships
• Experience in design coordination or similar roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
