Manage restoration projects using Xactimate, Xact Analysis, and strong leadership skills for a valued client in the construction industry. Coordinate work across stakeholders and resources.
This Project Manager oversees restoration projects, budgets, schedules, and resources. The position requires construction or restoration experience, proficiency with project software, and knowledge of the Ontario Building Code. Success includes coordinating clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors while meeting quality, safety, and KPI standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage restoration projects, budgets, schedules, and resources
- Coordinate clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance
- Meet established project KPIs
- Five to seven years construction or restoration experience
- Proficiency in Xactimate and Xact Analysis
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
