As a Member Specialist for New Business & Revisions, you'll play a vital role in helping plan sponsors manage their employee benefits program. Join our Group Benefits Operations team where you'll combine exceptional customer service with technical expertise to implement new business and manage member data changes for clients in the National Groups segment and Sun Solutions.
What will you do?
Process new business implementations or changes in compliance with accuracy and timeliness standardsRespond to inquiries from Clients and internal partnersEvaluate and negotiate deadlines to meet Clients' expectationsShare knowledge and technical expertise with peers, colleagues and partnersPerform necessary research to resolve and investigate Clients issuesWork with Customer Service Representatives, Plan Specialists, Plan Implementation Project Managers and the Client Data Solutions team to efficiently and accurately process member data updates across all systemsParticipate in various projects, as requiredWhat do you need to succeed?
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.Ability to work in a multitasking environment, prioritize work and meet deadlinesKnowledge of Group Benefits productsTeam spirit, sense of collaboration and optimism, with an ability to build trust quicklyAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and is constantly changingNegotiation skills, ability to achieve adequate results and to find solutionsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsAs this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position reports to a unilingual English-speaking manager outside Quebec.What's in it for you?
