Position: U-Haul Customer Service Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with products and services at U-Haul centers

• Manage rentals using smartphone-based U-Scan technology

• Hook up and move U-Haul trucks and trailers

• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot

• Prepare rental invoices and accept returns

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and good driving record

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs

• Willingness to participate in ongoing training

• Capability to work with safety equipment as needed
