Key Responsibilities:
• Engage customers and address their everyday banking needs
• Guide clients to appropriate staff for banking queries
• Educate about mobile, ATM, and online banking usage
• Support frontline staff with operational transactions
• Recommend improvements to enhance customer service
Requirements:
• High School diploma or 1+ years of experience
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) within 6 months
• Proficient in MS Office and branch software
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities in customer interactions
