Become a crucial part of Purolator as a Shipment Resolution Support Representative. Key Responsibilities- Contact customers to resolve shipment issues
- Scan and sort undelivered freight efficiently
- Prepare packages for redelivery and tracking
- Inspect damaged packages promptly
- Track shipments using computer applications
- 3 months of customer service experience
- Proficient in English for communication
- Familiarity with operations management and shipping
- Strong organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills
