Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely operational support to Dealers

• Navigate systems for various inquiries and order processing

• Assist with Special and Emergency Demand Orders

• Generate sales and financial reports as needed

• Provide information on payment card programs

Requirements:

• High School diploma required; business courses advantageous

• 2-3 years in customer service roles required

• Retail industry experience preferred

• Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills

• Fluency in English and French is an asset
