Bilingual Customer Service Representative St. Jacobs

Location: St. Jacobs

Join Home Hardware as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in St. Jacobs. Provide exceptional support to Dealers while handling inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced Call Centre.

This 9-month position requires effective communication in English and French, alongside multitasking and problem-solving skills. You'll utilize Call Centre software to assist Dealers with inquiries on product availability, order processing, and operational support.

Your role will be crucial in maintaining high service standards and ensuring quick resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use Call Centre software for accurate inquiry resolutions

• Collaborate across departments for timely information

• Process Special and Emergency Demand Orders

• Prepare Opening and Fill-In Orders for Dealers

• Generate sales and margin reports upon request

Requirements:

• High School graduation, business coursework preferred

• 2–3 years experience in customer service, retail preferred

• Knowledge of Home's systems is beneficial

• Strong computer literacy; experience with Oracle Forms is an asset

• Availability for onsite work three days per week
